"I had to exchange a pair of pants…"
I had to exchange a pair of pants because the size wasn’t quite right, it was way easier than I expected. The return page was straightforward, the label showed up fast, and then somehow the new pair shipped quicker than I thought it would. I was already bracing for a bunch of emails with support, but nope, none of that. Kind of refreshing, honestly. Returns can be such a hassle sometimes, so it was nice that this didn’t turn into a whole project

"Super easy to wear all day"

"Trying to buy a little better"
I’ve been trying to be a bit more intentional about what I buy, and this felt like a good choice. The quality is nice, it doesn’t seem overly wasteful, and the packaging/details gave me the impression it was made responsibly. Even little things, like how neatly it was put together and the lack of extra unnecessary bits, stood out to me.

"Nice Material, Pockets Could Be Better"
I really like the material and some of the little features are handy. The pocket design is a bit of a mixed bag for me, though. The front pockets feel slightly tight, and my phone doesn’t always sit comfortably when I’m walking. The extra zip pockets are useful, but I do wish they were positioned a little more conveniently. Overall, it’s decent gear, but at this price I was hoping the smaller details would feel a bit more dialed in.

"Super quick help when I needed it"
I had a question about my order, so I emailed Kuhl customer service and didn’t expect to hear back very fast.
They replied the same day, which was really nice, and it wasn’t some generic copy-and-paste answer. The person was actually friendly and helped me fix the issue with my shipping info.

It was a simple thing, but it made a big difference. Overall, it was a really good experience and I’d definitely order from them again

I ordered a pair of pants from kuhl.com and it was a smooth experiance. The site loaded quick, the sizing info was easy to find, and checkout didn’t make me do a bunch of extra steps.
I got the confirmation email right away and the tracking came not long after. Nothing super exciting to report, it just worked like it should. I’d defintely order from the site again

"I’ve washed my Kuhl pants a…"
I’ve washed my Kuhl pants a bunch of times now, and they still fit just like they did when I bought them. No weird shrinking, no fading, and they haven’t started looking worn out. I wear them for work and on weekends, so they get plenty of use. I was a little hesitant because they’re not exactly cheap, but they’ve held up way better than I expected.

I’ve ordered from kuhl a few times now, it’s been a relief. The colors and sizes I wanted were actually available, which feels annoyingly rare with clothing sites these days. Checkout was straightforward, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever for restocks. I’m not exactly patient when I know what I want, so it was nice to just grab it and be done

"Good Jacket, But the Details Could Be Clearer"
I picked up a KÜHL jacket for rainy hikes, it’s been solid so far. I wore it on a chilly, wet weekend and stayed comfortable the whole time. The wind didn’t cut through, and light rain beaded off nicely without soaking in. It’s also not bulky, which I really appreciate. My only gripe is that the communication around what it could actually handle weather-wise wasn’t super clear, which was a little annoying when trying to decide if it was right for me. Still, I’m happy with it overall.

"Good deals, but watch the fine print"
I got a promo code to work easily, which was great, but a few of the sale colors were excluded. The shipping discount literally helped make up for it a bit, though. I just wish the rules had been shown earlier so I knew what to expect.

"Sizing was spot on"
I ordered my usual size from kuhl.com and it fit exactly how I was hoping. No awkward tight spots and not baggy either, which isn’t always the case with some other outdoor brands I’ve tried. The size chart was actually helpful for once, so I’m happy with the fit.

"Nice jacket, just a bit darker than expected"
I ordered a jacket from kuhl.com and overall I’m happy with it. The color looks mostly like the photos, though in person it’s maybe a little darker than I expected. Not a huge deal, and there’s still something about it that I really like. I just took off one star because I thought it would be a bit lighter.

"Great outdoor selection, and I blame myself for browsing too long"
I’ve ordered from kuhl.com a few times now, i keep going back because the selection is really solid. They’ve got plenty of pants, shirts, jackets, and different fits, so I can usually find something that actually works for me instead of settling.
The colors are a nice change too, not just the same basic options you see everywhere. The site is easy to browse, sizes are usually in stock, and if I end up spending too much time looking around, that’s probably on me. Overall, I’m really happy with what they offer.

"Still a Kuhl Fan After Years of Wear"
I’ve been buying Kuhl clothes for years now, and they’ve consistently held up really well for me. The fit is still one of the main reasons I keep coming back, and the durability has been solid even after plenty of use. The prices can feel a little high at times, but in my experience, the clothes last long enough to make it worth it. Customer service has also been perfectly fine whenever I’ve needed anything

"Packaging was fine, just basic"
I think it arrived sometime around Tuesday or maybe Wednesday, but the box showed up in decent shape. Nothing was damaged or anything, so that was good. The overall presentation was just kind of plain though, not bad, just nothing that really stood out.

After a few months, I noticed a seam defect on my pants, which was disappointing. I sent KÜHL some pictures, and they got back to me faster than I expected. They approved a replacement without making it a whole ordeal, which I really appreciated. it’s nice to see a company actually stand behind their product instead of giving customers the runaround
